Touch is important for our physical and mental health. That is why massage can work wonders. In yoga massage we add this ‘touch’ to Yin Yoga.
The fine tissue (fascia) around the joints, the connective tissue and in and around the muscles becomes smoother by practicing Yin postures. The application of massage and stretching techniques in these positions reinforce this effect. Massage also ensures more conscious relaxation and supports the different asanas.
