Listening to music reduces, among other things, (physical) stress. The latter effect mainly occurs when we are with other people, for example on the dance floor or... in a yoga class.

You do not use your body to get into a position, but use the position to feel your body better. It is a quiet form of yoga which allows you to take the time for your body. In combination with music you achieve deep relaxation.
