Breathe to relax, breathe to energize, breathe for change. Breathing consciously is the essence of yoga as it assists us in connecting with the subtle energy within. It is through the breath that we are able to navigate different levels of consciousness. Breathing consciously has a biological effect on our mental, emotional, and physical state. The breath is the tool that unites body with mind. When linking breath with movement, we gradually develop a relationship with the length, depth and pace of our inhale and exhale. This synchronicity creates balance.
On November 10th we will experience the benefits of these inseperable elements – breath and Yin Yang yoga – at the stunning Casa Danielle. Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice - bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures. You will also be given insight into breathwork by doing an introduction of breath & tension release.
We will create an aura of calmness and good vibes through yoga, meditation and breathwork at the enchanting and unique yurt of Casa Danielle. It’s well-insulated, breezy and has two doors and five large windows to enjoy the sweeping views. Oak floors, the mixture of sweet chestnut lattice woodwork and sequoia fill the senses with the forest and transport you to a magical and serene place, feeling right at home and safe.
During this day you will be guided by Sanne Theben Terville and Aranka Vos. Two beautiful souls from the Netherlands with each their own expertise who help you to find the key within you, your own ability to heal.
Aranka is a Breathwork & Tension Healing therapist / practitioner (BBTRS). Breathwork is the foundation and root for the face-to-face work she offers. She has experienced such vast shifts and growth within that she feels so honoured and grateful to share with you its immeasurable potential for living a life full of passion and pleasure. The BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System® 6-Element approach empowers your body’s natural process for healing from start to finish, releasing chronic tension and restructuring your systems on a cellular level using deep connected breathing, movement, sound, meditation, touch and emotion. She is also a menopausal coach where she uses Breathwork and Tao Tantric Technics. She works one on one, arranges on-line coachings and facilitates Breath workshops and Breath circles. Sanne is an international yoga & meditation teacher. The authentic forms of yoga, meditation and massage give her inner peace, physical balance and, above all, a lot of love. She aims to share this experience with as many people as possible, in which she is guided by her heart energy and trusts her intuition. She feels what is needed in the moment, what is created and what can be created... and what she can do for others. With her gentle voice she takes you on a journey of movement and to deep relaxation – the inner core, an open space - in which you can be yourself, let everything go and heal. The point where balance and harmony come together in the physical and subtle body. Sanne strives to incorporate aspects of many yoga styles, mindfulness and meditation in her teachings.
